We try to limit the number of participants in the groups to 8 people. This naturally increases the learning intensity and progress. For children's groups with 4-year-old beginners, the number of participants is limited to 5.

The Alpin Skischule reserves the right to combine courses or shorten lesson time.

Placement in the correct ski course is based on the truthful information you provide about your skiing ability when booking the ski course at the ski school office.

At the beginning, it takes a little patience until everyone is assigned to a group. Our instructors will do their best to make any necessary changes promptly if someone hasn't been assigned correctly. If, towards the end of the first day, you still feel that you or your child is in the wrong group, please speak to the ski instructor.

Of course, both adult and children's courses begin at the meeting point on the Hausberg and end together at the same time at the top of the Hausberg in front of the magic carpet lift. This way, you can pick up your children promptly after your ski lesson. No child is left unattended until their parents collect them.

Especially for beginners, we recommend booking a course of at least 3 days to achieve optimal learning success. The course days must be attended without interruption.

Yes, all children in our ski course wear a helmet for safety reasons. You can, of course, rent one from our ski rental shop. Children's helmets are free with course registration.

Of course, you can also rent your equipment from us at the Skischule Alpin. Whether you need ski, snowboard, or cross-country skiing equipment, we'll outfit everyone according to their needs.

No, you need to buy a ski pass separately. Day passes and multi-day passes are available at every lift station in the ski area, or you can buy them online at [website address]. www.zugspitze.deWe will be happy to advise you on ski passes at the ski school office.

The beginner area in the Classic ski area is located near the top station of the Hausbergcable car at an altitude of 1335 m. Therefore, a children's ski pass is required to access the beginner area via the Hausbergcable car. Children under 6 years old also need a valid children's ski pass for ski lessons. Children's ski passes are also available for adult beginners.

Generally, the time and place or meeting point for private lessons will be arranged directly with you at the ski school office when booking or paying for them.

We accept children from the age of 4 in our Skischule .

We'll try a one-day group course first; if it works out, you're welcome to book additional course days.

You don't need to reserve your equipment in advance, as we have enough gear to outfit you on site. Just come along and rent it!

For insurance reasons, we do not adjust bindings on skis not purchased from us. We also do not perform binding installations. Please contact a sports shop for these services.

We require either a passport or a deposit of €250 to €450 as security for the equipment, depending on the set.

You only pay for the equipment when you return it. Therefore, you don't need to decide on the day of rental when you want to return it. For this reason, we reserve the right to a deposit.

You can rent your equipment from 3 pm the day before at no extra charge for the following day. This reduces stress on the morning of your actual ski day.

Each pair of skis has a number or barcode; please note this when you pick up your equipment to avoid mixing up your skis on the slopes. We do not accept returns of equipment belonging to other customers. Any rental equipment not returned will be charged to you at the current market value.
